The location of this harbor scene is Cobh, County Cork, Ireland. Cobh harbor was the departure point for over two million Irish immigrants sailing to America and was - famously - the final departure point for the RMS Titanic. Cobh was known as Queenstown at that time. White Star
Line tenders ferried 123 people to the waiting ship from a pier just to the left of this scene, only
