Harold W. Johnson, ASMA

“La Push Harbor”

Oil, 16” x 20”

This was my first maritime painting. I was so impressed with the rugged beauty of the harbor, James Island, and the down to earth old boats at this Native American Fishing Village on the Northern Washington Coast. This place has not changed in the last 20 or 30 years, except that you don’t catch as many fish anymore. It is nice to know there are still places like La Push around.
